Spend the winter working and skiing in St Anton!
As the chalet chef, you will be solely responsible for the creation of varied three-course menu plans and canapes, based on local produce and supplies and working to a preset weekly budget.
We have 3 vacancies in chalets of different sizes. In each of them, you will be working alongside chalet hosts who will help out with general kitchen duties, prepping and plating up. In return, you will be expected to help out with chalet cleaning, particularly on changeover days. In contrast to most tour operators, we do not have set menus. Our chefs are responsible for ordering their own stock, so you can let your creative juices flow!
Requirements
You must have superb cooking prowess coupled with thorough cleaning skills and sociability.
We do not expect a fully qualified chef for the post in the smaller chalet. However, cooking qualifications or previous experience of successfully running a ski chalet are essential.
All our employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional attitude, coupled with a friendly, approachable manner, at all times.
