Resort Rep/Ski Guide

Spend the winter working in a ski resort for a small chalet operator based only in Meribel, 3 valleys. With 27 years experience and an excellent reputation as an employer, the team in resort is key to Meriski’s success

This role is diverse and comprises of a combination of driving, maintenance, managing stores, ski hosting and additional 'repping' duties as required.

Your primary responsibility will be to look after our guests from the moment they arrive in resort until their departure.

Meriski's ski hosting programme is offered to our guests 2/3 days per week and will require you to have a true a passion for skiing and snowboarding, staying on piste at all times and showing off the great skiing opportunities within the Méribel and Three Valleys skiing area.

Managing the stores would also be part of the role. Working closely with the office and resort manager, you will be responsible for all stock supplies to the chalets and maintenance issues.This will include overseeing the following key areas:

Purchasing, ordering and delivery of alcohol and cleaning products 
Managing collection and distribution of linen to and from chalets and the laundry company 
Weekly alcohol stock takes in chalets and the storeroom 
Communicating with chalets and keeping up with maintenance issues supported by the resort  manager

Requirements

Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and a friendly outgoing and confident personality.

In addition this role calls for :

* Full, clean driving license
* At least 5 years experience of driving
* Winter/Ice driving experience (advantageous)
* Significant skiing experience
