Description
Managing the staff chalet, home to 20-25 employees.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the staff chalet, ensuring the staff communal areas arekept clean and tidy and the staff who are not working in chalets are catered for with healthy balanced mealsfor breakfast, lunch and dinner. Driving staff and supplies to chalets. Where necessary you may need to provide cover and assistance for the guest chalets on a rotational basis.
Requirements
You must have extremely high work standards, be self motivated,take pride in your work at all times and be conscientious. Whilst professional cooking experience isn’t necessary,you will need to confidently prepare and cook simple, nutritious meals for up to 10 people. Significant experience in a customer service driven industry such ashotels, bar or restaurant would be preferred.
Previous chalet experience is not necessary however it can be an advantage.
Full, clean drivers license and experience driving large vehicles/minibuses
