SnowChateaux are recruiting a Chalets Supervisor. Do you have previous experience in running chalets or worked in a similiar position?

We're an expanding, family run chalet company looking for a unique team member to help uphold our long standing commitment to excellent service. If you are a ‘people’ person that cares enough about great service and can perform professionally, consistently throughout the length of the season, then we can offer a great package in an outstanding location to spend this winter season.

The role involves supporting chalet staff as and where necessary in order to ensure a consistent level of quality and performance across our chalets. This means assisting both chalet cooks and hosts in reaching our quality standards.

You will also be supporting the Resort Manager in their role, dealing with team management, guest contact, room allocation and ski-pass allocation.

The role may also involve aspects of maintenance, driving and posssibly serving full coocked and continental breakfasts and generally offering great hospitality, service and assistance to ensure our guests holiday is memorable, for all the right reasons.

Requirements

The candidate must be a strong performer with good organisational skills, have the ability to liaise efficiently with the company management and have great customer service skills. 

  • Previous chalet experience is necessary with cooking experience
  • Hold a UK drivers license
  • All applicants must have a full UK National Insurance Number
  • UK bank account and valid Passport. 
  • You must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused and self motivated.
