Chalet Chefs

Fancy working in the friendly personal environment of one of our larger chalet properties, looking after your own set of guests each week and ensuring that the food they are served is of the highest standard? Are you outgoing, with a passion for cooking and entertaining?

If you are, and want to be a part of the Skiworld team in some of the best European ski resorts, then chalet chef is the job for you.

You will provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and 3-course evening meals in accordance with the set-menu plan;  assist in cleaning all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas daily and have other responsibilities as required.

Above all, you'll ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times, and that our guests have a wonderful week in your company.

Requirements

Proven catering experience for a minimum of 20 people; a passion for and interest in the preparation and presentation of food; catering qualifications an advantage; previous hospitality experience; demonstrating high standards of cleanliness and presentation; excellent communication and customer service skills; fun and outgoing personality with a flexible attitude.

All applicants for European positions must have a National Insurance number, a UK or EU passport, a UK contact address and a UK bank account.
