CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF REQUIRED FOR FRANCEAUSTRIA AND ITALY

 You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing an excellent standard ofcustomer service during their stay. To ensure all guest needs are met and any issues or complaints dealt with seriously and professionally.

 Key responsibilities

To be a point of contact for guests and suppliers in the event of a query and to reach an outcome that all parties are happy with.

To ensure the smooth running of transfers to and from the resort, meeting and greeting the guests.

Escorting guests to the airport on departure and assisting with check-in procedures.

Organising, recommending and attending an evening entertainments program and ensuring any special requirements are dealt with.

Dealing with customer complaints


You would need to be available from the end ofNovember to the end of April.

    Requirements


    You will need to be outgoing, driven, motivated, passionate and enthusiastic. Have good eye for detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to present in-front of groups of people, be calm in a crisis and able to handle stressful situations. French, German or Italian to a conversational level is an advantage.
