Children's Play Leader

Description

As a Snowranger (Play Leader) your responsibilities will include being an active member of the child care team, providing exciting activities for children aged 3 to 12 years in our exclusive children’s activity clubs.  This involves entertaining the children with imaginative games, activities and crafts, both indoors in a bright, colourful and inviting environment as well as outdoors. You will also escort the children to and from our ski lessons, and help assist the ski instructors during lessons for our youngest skiers.
 
You will be the primary worker for specific children each week which involves taking an active part in the children’s daily care, paperwork and liaising directly with their parents.
 
All of our Snow Rangers will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality with bags of enthusiasm, stamina and exceptional snowman building skills!
 
As a vital part of a large child care team you need to remain flexible and willing to work in other areas of the child care programme and resort when deemed suitable by the resort management. In addition to the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as lifting children, carriage of ski/child care equipment and luggage.

Requirements

Required experience:

• 2 years previous child care experience essential
• Customer service experience essential
• Childcare qualification desirable
• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
