Hotel Receptionist

Spend the winter working in some of the best ski resorts in the world!

As part of the Chalet Hotel’s support team, you will be taking the lead on reception in ensuring that our guests’ holidays run smoothly, meeting their requests and organising entertainment or external requirements including ski schools, hire shops etc.

You will have extremely good people skills, be calm and organised and be able to deal with problems in a professional manner. There will be administrative work, involving the handling and accounting of money.

Requirements

Required experience:

• Customer service and reception experience essential
• French language skills desirable
• Administrative skills essential
• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
