Our Resort Representatives are key to our success as they deliver the high standards that our guests have grown to love and expect. You need to have excellent customer service skills, high levels of resilience & enthusiasm plus a love of the Alpine lifestyle.
Ensuring your guests have an enjoyable & smooth holiday will be your main goal and we need people who are committed to customer service. In this role you’ll need to provide a welcoming, professional & informative Ski Resort Representative service at all times as you will be the main point of contact for our guests. A varied and responsible role, key responsibilities range from accompanying guests to and from the airport, assisting our guests with their queries, to the sale of ski passes, ski equipment and our attractive après-ski program. Not to mention being the fountain of all local knowledge.
To succeed in this role you must be motivated by working to sales targets, be financially aware and have some ski/snowboarding experience. In addition, your customer service skills will be second to none as will your communication and interpersonal skills. |

Essential
· British/European passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· Experience working within a customer service and target sales environment
· Excellent communication skills
· A natural team player but with the ability to work on your own initiative when necessary
· A passion for mountain sports
· Ski/snowboarding experience
· Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable manner
Desirable
· Previous experience of working within a Ski Resort
· Qualified Salomon Technician
· Conversational French |
