Resort Manager / Marketing

Description

This is a split role that will be based in Cardiff working as a Digital Marketing and Sales professional and in The Alps during the winter months as a Resort Manager.

As digital marketing professional you will define and implement our marketing plans and tactics through your extensive experience in travel-related online marketing channels.

As sales professional you will work alongside the sales director in optimising conversion rates and streamlining online and offline sales.

As Resort Manager you are a natural leader with gravitas and a team player to the end; where your skills in people management and outstanding service provision will be well received across our established and growing network of Alpine catered chalets.

Requirements

* Applicants must be creative, hardworking and have lots of stamina
* Active, lively, entrepreneurial in attitude
* The successful candidate will have experience in results driven    social media, driving new and sustained organic traffic, generating traffic from social networks to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
* Strong customer service and people management experience
* Sales background is essential
* IT literacy to include email, MS Word, mobile computing
* Must have the necessary confidence and aptitude to manage both employees and the customer / employee relationship
* Applicants should ideally have vast experience of people and situational management in the hospitality industry
* You must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused and self motivated
