Description

Do you have the skills to become a manager or supervisor in the activity or travel/leisure industry? We are looking for candidates with the ability to be trained into these roles.

In2action work alongside many different holiday providers such as First Choice Holidays, Canvas Holidays, Center Parcs and more. We provide activities for children and adults whilst they are on holiday. 

Initially you would form part of our Action Team in a fantastic location abroad for the peak summer season. This will give you the experience of the product and job roles.

Whilst abroad you would follow our Management Development Programme to gain the knowledge of your future role and pick up skills. Following successful completion of the Management Development Programme you would be invited to our management training course in the Isle of Wight to hopefully gain a supervisory or managerial role for 2014.

Candidates should be self motivated, organised and have a passion for the travel and activity industry.

You would need to be available for the end of June13 to start you initial training for the summer role alongside other Action Team Members. The rest of your career with In2action will continue from there. Try something different and join our In2action team

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • Experience working with children from 3yrs to adults
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Confident and out going
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
No formal qualifications required as full training given although the more experience the better.

You will need to be 18 years old before June2013 and have a love of sports and activities To apply you will also need to be a UK/EU citizen or have a relevant work permit.
