SkiBound operates hotels in France offering an informal and relaxed ski holiday, whilst maintaining high levels of service, quality and customer care. Working within one of these hotels, you’ll need to be an all-round team player and be prepared to turn your hand to a variety of roles within the hotel. Do you have good communication skills, bags of energy and the ability to interact with a mixture of clientele?

What You'll Be Doing

For our customer
Whilst maintaining the friendly and professional service our clients expect in this customer-focused role. As a sociable member of the team, you will enjoy conversing with the guests as well catering for all their needs.For our company
This role will involve you working in all areas of the hotel ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.

What We're Looking For

Essential
· British/European passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· Customer service experience
· Willing to work on a shift-rota basis
· Mature outlook with a flexible approach
· Team player
· Friendly, outgoing and positive mannerDesirable
· Previous experience in working in a ski resort
· Waiting experience
· Housekeeping experience
