Spend the winter guiding guests through the Three Valleys!
As a ski guide, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable ski guiding day for all levels of skiers (on piste only) including accompanying guests to and from the chalets, booking lunch in mountain restaurants, and providing good local knowledge of the ski area.
You will also provide a welcoming first impression as well as dining at least twice a week in a chalet, helping the hosts with service and clearing away. If numbers for guiding are low, you must be prepared to help in other areas;
You will also advise guests as to the best lift pass, ski hire and ski school options for their needs, and ensure that these products are delivered to Silver Lining Chalets standards. You will be offering safe fun-filled ski hosting programmes to our guests 4 or 5 days per week, showing them where to find the best runs, the best snow and the most stunning views. |

* Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills are essential.
* You should have had at least 20 weeks’ skiing experience on snow.
* Numeracy skills are essential, and French is a definite advantage.
* You must hold a valid EU passport.
* Having held a full driving licence for 2+ years is desirable.
* Advanced level of skiing/snowboarding.
* Previous ski season experience preferable.
* Easy to get along with;
* Enthusiasm and willingness to meet client requests and to undertake whatever is requested by us.
* Good knowledge of the Three Valleys skiing area and of Les Menuires is desirable.
* You must be able to get along with, and have a positive attitude towards, children.
