If you are a creative chef, a foodie, who would like the chance to live in one of the best ski resorts in the world this winter, then please contact us!
We are looking for dynamic chefs to join our small and friendly team, many of whom return the next year.
Based in Chamonix, France, you would be part of a family run organisation, creating dishes for guests of many different nationalities.
Your responsibilities would include:
* to provide a high level of friendly service ensuring guests have a relaxed holiday
* work with a team of chefs, helping to design the menus
* help with shopping
* provide breakfast, afternoon tea & cake, four/five course dinner with wine on 5 nights per week
* provide early children’s supper as required
* keep your kitchen and store clean and help with the cleanliness of the rest of the chalet
* help with changeover day
* maintain appropriate records |

* a recognised catering qualification or extensive experience
* previous experience working as a chef
* organised, flexible and motivated
* friendly manner and a good sense of humour
* ability to speak French an advantage |
